Oranj provides this page as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for the Richmond Customer Engagement App (Facebook Group -> Messenger).

1. Remove App Access from Facebook

1. Open Facebook Settings & Privacy -> Settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites.
3. Select Richmond Customer Engagement App.
4. Click Remove.

2. Request Deletion from Our Systems

To request deletion of app-related data from our systems, email:

privacy@oranj.com.au

Include:

1. Your full name.
2. The email associated with your interaction (if applicable).
3. Any identifier that helps us locate your records (for example, Page-scoped ID if known).
4. Subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request.

3. What We Delete

Upon verification, we delete or anonymize applicable app-related personal data, unless retention is required by law.

4. Timeline

1. Acknowledgment target: within 72 hours.
2. Completion target: within 30 days of a verified request.
